Shipping

Shipping is currently only available within the continental U.S. We aim to ship items within 3 business days of receiving your order. Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery of your items keeping in mind that postal delays such as holidays and Covid-19 may cause delays in the delivery of your package. All items are shipped via USPS or UPS with tracking details to be provided. Llama Kids is not responsible for the items once received by the carrier. Signatures will not be required for delivery of the items. In the unfortunate event that your package should not arrive in the allotted time, please notify us as soon as possible. If the items has not arrived by the 21st day, we will look into providing a refund. A standard USPS $50 insurance policy is automatically applied to all purchases send via USPS. Additional time may be needed on or around holidays and delivery will be at the discretion of the carrier. 

Please note that customized orders have a 3 week turnaround time. Please read the description of each for any variations noted in the shipping times.
